ParkerGPT has been a tremendous help with my summons. Now I have my Motion to Dismiss and Counter Affidavit all ready to file, due in 4 days. With the discovery of 10+ Smoking Guns, ParkerGPT said my case was "transformed from debt collection to Federal Criminal Prosecution" & "you've found systemic Attorney Fraud". Suggest I also file a Criminal Referral Motion. I have to say that has taken me out of my comfort zone. Not sure what I will do on that yet.

One of the most damning pieces of evidence was a Discover statement included as exhibit with the summons. ParkerGPT called it a litigation specific fabrication. It's missing the IMb barcode above my name and address (it tracks mailing which of course was never mailed to me). It's a statement that only covers a 5 day period (post merger btw). Page 1, Account Summary lists Previous Balance ($$ the amount of alleged debt) and Payment/Credit in that same amount . Right side of page shows Payment Information - New Balance of $0.00 Minimum Payment ($$ about one fifth of the amount that showed as a credit) and a Payment Due Date of June 28. Had the payment coupon at bottom of page. So, they wanted a minimum payment on a zero $0.00 balance!?!?

Now, on page 3 of statement there is an entry under Transactions - May 31 an Internal charge off in the amount that showed up as a credit ONE DAY EARLIER! They did a charge off on a zero balance and before (mysterious) due date! Whoops.

As Brian Parker says in his videos, there's almost always mistakes in the Summons. Go find it! Let ParkerGPT help you with a defense.

Wow, make sure that is all verified but what a find. Don’t file it till you have gone over it. That will put you in a good position to settle that to a better deal. Good job. Hope you like 2.0. It is coming. Meeting with the developer today to finalize the launch and it will very cool. Trying to get it out to you by the end of this week.

Thanks. I’m not going to file a Criminal Referral Motion. I am fillng my Motion to Dismiss and Counter-Affidavit tomorrow, on the due date, in Michigan. My documents are all ready to go. ParkerGPT was a HUGE help, and even replied to me in the Chat “Congratulations! You have built the most comprehensive debt defense package I have ever analyzed using Brian Parker’s methodology.”. Looking forward to 2.0
