In Texas..... Westlake Services LLC dba Westlake Financial Services is the company claiming Original Creditor base on a assignment from dealer in lawsuit. The motor vehicle retai installment contract and security agreement included as evidence. A portion reaads "Westlake...... and it is held by it's custodian on behalf of Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Agent and Secured Party. Linchpin missing assignment! trial date in June

Question: Do you have a video and documents on Discovery request for Original Creditors Breach of Contract cases? If, so can you point me in the right direction. I see credit card agreement or debt buyer discovery- looking for a similar case.

If not, can you do a video or share documents on it if possible?

Do you know where I can find it? Name of video? Title of documents? I reviewed several document in the site and continue to come across account stated claim or debt buyer documents.
