So I'm preparing for the hearing and found an email where the original creditor Credit One sent me an email notifying me of the sale of my credit card account. Funny thing is the DATE is a month off from the dates on Plaintiffs Bills of Sales, Assignments. The email has a date, then underneath is the Re: Notice of Sale of your CC Account and who it was sold to and the amount. Does this date have any STANDING in my hearing or will bringing this document to court hurt my case or will it Sock it to Em? Please let me know IF I struck Gold or otherwise. That won't be giving me advice. Please say something as to my findings. Thank you!
