Hi Mr. Parker,

I stumbled on to you via YouTube channel recently and have watched a lot of your videos. Kudos on your ParkerGPT!! It looks like a great tool and will help and guide many. [Unfortunately, I cannot become a member at this time but I do have a question and need your help.] My debt case with Crown Asset Management has been going on for 5 years and finally, on Monday of this week, the judge dismissed my case. Curiously, she dismissed everyone's case with this plaintiff because their attorney failed to appear for court (again). I did file a motion to dismiss last week (3 days before my court day on Monday) and the judge denied it.

Ironically, their attorney didn't show on the first day I went to court when they sued me. I was informed that I had to reschedule. My case was not dismissed but continued. They would send a different peson every time and made me jump through hoops they never intended to fulfill. I informed them that I was a hardship case and they kept asking me to call their office, email them with my hardship data, etc. and THEY NEVER ANSWERED MY CALLS, EMAILS, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF COMMUNICATION. I'm so grateful that my case has been finally dismissed!!

HOWEVER, my question(s) are:

The judge did dismiss "everyone's" case (the ones that had showed up that day) and said that they (the Plaintiff) could refile. I'm guessing this was done without predijuduce?

  1. how long does it take for this dismissal to show on the docket?
  2. how do I ensure it showing and "sticking" upon my credit reports?
  3. what do I do if same plaintiff refiles? Is it even possible?
  4. what do I do if ANOTHER plaintiff files for the same case? Is that a possibility? [will they sell this debt again and will this start again?]
  5. could you call me at 469-418-8567? I would deeply appriciate it.

Thank you for your inquiry. That is a lot of attorney time that is best addressed through the consultation package with the site or talking with an attorney in your state. Good luck.
