Financial statement

Is there any benefit to submitting a financial statement along with your answer basically showing your liabilities far out weigh your assets and there is no way you will ever repay the debt as a deterent to further collection efforts

I don't see any benefit to this at all in a court record. Good for settlement discussions with the collector when trying to get the amount owed down or a financial hardship proven. Any kind of settlement discussion are forbidden from being in front of court and putting that on the record violates that rule or your chance to be protected from discussing settlement without showing liability.
