I plan on filing my motion and related docs tommorrow via MiFILE tomorrow, and I've been getting mixed messages from ParkerGPT regarding the proper way to do certain things, like proper attachment of exhibits (an index of exhibits or coversheets for each), the attorney caption below the case caption, whether or not the case caption and attorney caption should be included on the Affidavit. I looked up local court rules as much as possible, but they are limited as they mostly follow the Michigan state standards. Based on my research and advice of ParkerGPT, I've included the following:

(1) Case AND attorney caption (with my name showing "Defendant Pro Se"), on motion AND affidavit. ParkerGPT said the court won\'t accept my Affidavit without the caption to indicate its for my case, and went back and forth about whether I include the attorney caption, whether or not I put my name there or not, or just put the Plaintiff\'s attorney and leave mine blank (including my information below the signature line only). My affidavit is now notarized with the full caption (case and attorney) included; I hope its acceptable.

(2) an Index of Attachments to provide a contents of the exhibits. Local Court rules said I need a page included with the main document (which I'm assuming is the motion itself) listing my exhibits referenced in the motion. ParkerGPT first said it should be a separate page after the signature line, then said it should be between the end of the Prayer for Relief and my signature line. But it still doesn't look or seem right to me.

I'm left wondering if I'm following the Michigan state standards for drafting the documents as a pro se defendant, particularly with these details. I'm feeling confident about the rest.
