Jasmine, I am on the Assignment and Data Extensions video and the documents open right up. Was there another video you were having trouble with. There are plenty of videos on assignments on there. Jasmine, it all works, not sure what you are saying. I tried and tried and it is working fine. Yeah, the Documents Vault is being built and has a ton of stuff. Remember too that there a lot of the videos relying upon what you are seeking. So, if it is a debt buyer, put in a velocity or mcm or pra (PRA has some extensions discussions in your context) and indeed the last one I did on Velocity on Saturday is a good place to start in that there are a ton of letters-any crown Asset is good too on bill of sales and lack of proof. Try the PDF cheat or check sheets breaking stuff down and they have a whole category themselves in the Forms vault and let me know that helped.
