I am about to efile my motion for dismissal....they lied about physically handing it to me. Do I also have to send the attorney a copy or can I just efile a response?

if it is efiled, everyone gets it. Dont forget the proof of service.

I am a little stoked about this! They did not hand me the documents and said that I am 5’8″ 200-239 lbs and nodded at the call of my name. I am 5’0 138 lbs lol. Just for a little razzle-dazzle I included a redacted medical chart exam that I just had 12 days after “service” that had my height and weight…..along with my license, of course. A little fact is that I am a business owner, the sole employee of a retail location. My business hours are posted all over the internet. They said they served me 10 minutes after my store closed. I hit them with something ParkerGPT suggested, “temporal impossibility”. I printed my business hours and date from like 5 different sites (eg, Google, Apple Maps, Yelp). I also printed a map from my store to my home. That showed it would physically be impossible to be there during the time of service. IDK hope that works. lol

I just spoke with the clerk, she said that I need to attach an order for the judge to sign. I ran it through Parker, but it gave me like a 7-page document. What I have been seeing are one-pagers. Are there any requirements other than the case, county, and judge’s name that must go on the order to go with the motion to dismiss?

ParkerGPT can be overly accommodating sometimes. But it all depends on the prompt too. Finite or reduce your request and say, “aren’t orders usually one page”-they are unless there is a lot the judge ordered. It will bring you want you want with a little massaging. Good luck.
