Good morning,
I hope all is well! I am being sued by Discover and the complaint had the mini miranda on it. I sent everthing that you requested to send. I still didn't get a validation from Discover or the lawyer. They sent more court papers with the mini miranda on them. The lawyer sent a Plantiff's Interrogatories to Defendant. It had basic questions like
.Full name, address, DOB
. My work info (Do have to give them this?)
. Do I admit to apply for credit, incurring charges, receiving monthly statements, owing Plantiff full amount
. Did I make payments to the Plantiff.
What would you recommend for me to send

I have videos on Discovery responses. The validation letter non-response you can offer the court at the right time to show a non-response to your basis request of a debt collector. Keep a copy of the letter that you signed and green card showing they signed for it. You might need to talk with an attorney if this gets too deep for you. They will bully you initially but if you fight back and show your education, they will seek to settle this.
