Hello!I wish I had seen your videos prior to taking my own case on with PRA. I am dealing with sneaky junk buyers and had to ask for a lump sum to pay them off. I want to know how what legal language I should look for on my debt settlement letter should be like and what advise you may have so that they can\'t find a way to go after me again? They are known to be sneaky and reopen cases. I asked that they mail the letter but they also emailed but without signatures.

If a lawsuit, once the case is dismissed with prejudice you can't be sued again. Any release or letter should say that the debt is being discharged and released and will not be transferred or sold to anyone else any you will not face further collection attempts-things like that are what I look for in my cases.
