court procedure, as it relates to summary disposition

My pretrial has been canceled by judge & handled by questions via court email thread. Is there anything I should be asking of the court? The Plaintiff (Amex, Zwicker) moved for summary disposition after I filed lengthy discovery (written with help of Pgpt). I am in the process of counter-response to the Plaintiff's response to my discovery. Does that get reviewed during the scheduled motion for summary disposition or just the paperwork associated with that item? I am not sure if I should be doing a motion prior to summary disposition to be sure my discovery gets reviewed or whether I need to ask the court now in the email thread regarding pretrial.

I wish I had known about this website before my initial answer to summons! I likely would have done a motion to dismiss at the beginning.
