Hello Brian,

My case was dismissed with prejudice from Oliphant on Feb 25th but it shows on my credit report that its still in collections with them. I can't find the videos or documents that I can refute this please advise thanks.

Just use any dispute letter and conform to your needs. Go to the search bar and put in "dispute." Everything is in the Forms Vault.
