Calling the attorney on the other-side before filing

You said in a video earlier this week, you would (and we could) call the opposing consul and, prior to filing a counter affidavit, tell them what you have.

How do you recommend doing this? Taking our responses to every charge and verbally hitting the opposing consul one-by-one? Emailing and giving them X time to respond before you file? Do we tell them we'd like the case dropped (and can they bring it again but with better evidence) or ask for 1 dollar?

Maybe this needs another video, but I feel like this is a good plan that needs more information (before I'd feel comfortable doing it).

I have some good videos on settling pre- and Post-litigation and how to talk with the collection attorney on the other side. The video should have said prior to filing the counter claim, when I contact the other side with this info and why I will win and try to settle it without filing it. There is one I believe from August from 2024 on settling debts with collectors and attorneys. Nov 21 and Nov 25 are good videos for pre- and post litigation information or instruction for you.Beat the collectors and expert stategies I think they are titled. Good luck.
