Burden of Proof

Hey Parker, are providing credit card statements considered as the debt buyer meeting their Burden of Proof? Note: the statements were not included in the original complaint nor bill of sales, but rather sent by mail during the discovery period before the hearing. I cannot find a video on this.

They may think it does but it really only shows usage. Which is important but does not make up for lapses in other areas.

Thank you. I’m really trying to decipher your answer. Do you mean the statements are only showing that I used the card and it’s not the actual debt file as they claim?
