In my latest three videos this week, I tried to give you as much education on trial work based upon what I have learned in 30 years and what I experienced in my latest trial. To win (or do your best for yourself or your client) you must know the rules and the procedure in the court room. The Rules are the road you travel on and the rules of procedure are the stop signs, speeding signs and traffic lights. There are intersections where procedure and the rules meet and combine. The police and their speed traps and radar is the judge-enforcing the procedure (speed) and rules of the road. To win, you have to Know the Rules, Know the Case, Know the Judge.
The video I dropped this morning (October 24, 2025) that is titled, "I Told My Client, Don't Come To Court" is a real and personal approach to trial work and how to beat the bad guys who use false words and questionable documents to win a case they should never have brought-something debt buyers do thousands of times a day. And with AI, the collector's approach to suing people and their lawsuits will only increase. So, I did those three videos to show you there is hope.
