American Express Lawsuit

Hi Brian,

I have a question my daughter received a court summons from Zwicker & Associates and I requested that they provide the purchase agreement as well as the foward flow and they sent back

copies of his montly statement, affidavit of plaintiff from assistant custodian of records, and number 10 on the affidavit states the defendant account has not been sold or assigned by American Express the original creditor of the account. But the last statement they sent as an exhibit B states its for informational purpose only. This is not a bill. Please contact your collection agency for the account information. So Im wondering how should I move forward, I know this should be part of my exhibit because under oath they stated that the account was not sold but the statement says refer to the collection agency.
